The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Clients can choose from thousands of nail colors, and the salon says its nail technicians are trained in current manicure trends and techniques.

Artificial nails, dipping powder and gel manicures carry a guarantee for five days from the service date. A fix requires a photo of the problem and a call to book with the same technician in the same color. Clients who switch colors for a fix pay for the new color, the guarantee covers one fix only, and services done with regular polish are not guaranteed.
