The menu is broad. Manicures and pedicures come in classic, gel, and spa versions, and the spa pedicures include a detox crystal treatment, an exfoliating scrub, a collagen mask, massage lotion, a foot massage and hot towels. Hand services include a soak, nail shaping, cuticle care, a hand massage and hot towels. The salon recommends its Volcano Spa Pedicure for callus care.

For longer nails, the salon offers acrylic sets in coffin, almond or classic round shapes, with gel polish, ombre, hard UV liquid gel or Gel-X finishes, and it offers fills for those sets. Dipping powder manicures use OPI Powder Perfection, in shades from OPI, SNS and Nugenesis. Nail art is priced per two nails and simple designs cost less than intricate ones, which can add $50 to $150.

Booking works on a set schedule. Appointments are approved manually, and the salon may move a requested time by 15 to 20 minutes. Clients can book at opening time or at least an hour after opening. New acrylic clients may be asked to pay a deposit before booking. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, and cancelling within three hours of the appointment counts as a no-show. First-time no-shows are not charged, but later no-shows are charged in full. Clients who arrive late may have the appointment cancelled or changed, since there is no grace period. Several people can be booked together by adding a note with the number of people and the services for each. Tips are not accepted on credit cards, and a cash discount is offered instead.

The salon has a free rewards program in which members earn one point per dollar spent, with discounts available from 350 points. Points expire after 12 months, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred. eGift cards are sold in set and custom amounts.

The salon says it selects premium products and follows high hygiene standards, and it has moved to an appointment-only model.
