The studio is built on the idea that lashes are worth splurging on. Extensions are placed individually on each natural lash rather than in clusters, and each set is shaped around the client's features and preferences.

Lash sets usually take about 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes, refills about 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes, and touch ups about 30 minutes. Extensions typically last 4 to 6 weeks, so most clients return every 2 to 3 weeks for a refill. Walk-ins are accepted. Clients who already wear extensions from another studio or salon pay a $25 fee at a first visit, and the studio works over those lashes when they can be isolated properly.

The space has a retro-inspired, eclectic look, and the studio aims to make each appointment feel like an experience. Clients are advised to wash their lashes, to rinse right after swimming in chlorine or salt water, and not to remove extensions at home. Brow results vary by service: waxing lasts about 2 to 4 weeks, tint about 1 to 2 weeks on skin and 3 to 4 weeks on hair, and lamination about 4 to 6 weeks with proper aftercare.

Each lash set is tailored to the client's features, style and preferences, and brow tints are mixed to suit the client's skin tone and hair color.
