Every new extension client starts with a free in-person consultation. The stylist looks at natural hair and the client's goals, then recommends an extension method, length, color and amount, and explains the application, removal and care process. A quote covers the consultation, custom color matching, installation, a blending cut, a styling session and aftercare education with product suggestions. Pricing shifts with the amount of hair, length, color customization and complexity, so the salon recommends a consultation for an exact figure. According to the salon, its pricing is transparent with no hidden fees and is the same at every location. Clients can pay in installments, through Cherry, Afterpay, Sezzle or Zip, or with cash, cards or Apple Pay; the salon says Cherry does not run a hard credit check.

Invisible tape-ins are pre-taped wefts of 100% human hair, attached by sandwiching a thin section of natural hair between two wefts. The salon describes them as seamless and natural-looking, sitting flat against the scalp, and suited to most hair types including fine to medium hair. Paramount Secret Rows are hand-tied wefts with beaded foundation rows, designed for medium to thick hair, and the salon says its bead and weft methods do not glue, sew through or chemically alter natural hair. Seamless Panel Extensions use ultra-flat beaded rows for fine to medium hair. K-Tip keratin bonds are individual strands bonded one at a time and last 4 to 6 months with proper care. Hand-tied extensions, clip-in installs and custom orders are also offered. For clients wanting both, the Color + Extensions Combo covers a color service and an install in one appointment at one location, which the salon says makes it the only Arizona salon offering both in one visit.

Extensions are 100% human hair, which the salon describes as ethically sourced. Its own line of 25-inch Russian extensions is described by the salon as tangle-resistant, shed-resistant and reusable for 12 to 24 months, and clients commonly reuse their hair three to four times. Installs are designed to last 6 to 8 weeks depending on method and hair growth, and maintenance covers repositioning as well as extension coloring and toning. Recommended aftercare includes sulfate-free washing two to three times a week and drying hair fully before sleeping, with Lumitress products suggested for home care.

The Monthly Blowouts Membership is $99 a month and includes one blowout per week, up to four visits a month, on Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 4pm. It is for one person and is open to anyone wearing professionally installed extensions, not only Paramount clients. Each visit includes a Lumitress hydrating shampoo, a Deep Hydration Mask, heat protectant, blow-dry and a choice of Smooth and Straight or Beach Waves; updos, curling irons and braiding cost extra. Clients who receive an install also get a complimentary weekly blowout, limited to one a week with no rollover, available only while wearing Paramount extensions, and not guaranteed to a specific day, time, location or stylist. It cannot be combined with color, maintenance, installs or other paid services, and it pauses if a client goes past the maintenance window for their method. Blowouts are booked by text to 602-321-2201, and appointments can also be booked online or by phone, with Saturday appointments available. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours notice may be charged the full $69 blowout value.

Consultations start with the client's natural hair, their goals, and extension options matched to budget and style. The salon says it prioritizes the health of clients' natural hair.
