The menu is broad. Facial options run from a quick Express Signature Facial to a full Signature Facial that includes steaming, exfoliation, deep cleansing, a moisture cream and a mask chosen by the therapist. Several treatments use Obagi products: a Vitamin C brightening treatment built around a 30% Vitamin C mask and polish, a Blue Peel using Obagi's Blue Peel Radiance, and an acne treatment using the CLENZIderm system, with a home maintenance plan worked out with the esthetician. A Rosacea Treatment and a Caviar Facial, which uses caviar-based nutrients and is described as de-aging, round out the facial menu. Dermaplaning is offered as a non-invasive exfoliating service that also removes fine hairs, and it can be added to a facial. Body services include Hot Stone and CBD Oil Therapy massages, a Rain Drop Therapy treatment using essential oils (available only downtown), airbrush tanning with customized products, and a clarifying back treatment. Specialized or corrective color, extensions and the Cezanne Smoothing Treatment are priced by consultation. Prices at the downtown day spa may vary according to the hair menu. Spa packages combine services: Express Yourself includes a manicure, express pedicure and express facial, and All About You includes a manicure, spa pedicure, full body massage and signature facial.

Clients are asked to check each service's details before confirming, because a wrong selection may still be charged. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and a missed appointment without that notice carries a fee of 50% of the total service. Hours differ by location; the downtown branch is closed on Mondays. A mailing list sends birthday coupons to members.
