Free parking is available in the lot in front of the building for up to 90 minutes, and longer visits use the parking structure. Hours are Tuesday 10am to 5pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 10am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm.

Facial options run from Signature 60 and Signature 75 sessions, which the salon adjusts to each client during the appointment, to the HydroDiamond Facial, a 75-minute hydrodermabrasion session. Dermaplane Glow can be booked by itself or added to a facial. For mild breakouts, the Hybrid Acne Facial takes 60 minutes and skips massage and the robe change. DMK Enzyme Therapy is also offered. According to the salon, these treatments target acne, rosacea, uneven pigmentation, sun damage and signs of aging.
The studio mixes established practices with newer technologies and uses professional-grade products. A 30-minute skincare consultation costs $50 and can be applied to product purchases made the same day. DMK packages are built around remove, rebuild, protect and maintain, and include home prescriptives that must be used within set timeframes. A DMK Consultation costs $100 and goes toward home prescriptives when a treatment package is booked, and DMK appointments must be booked in advance.
Memberships and prepaid packages are offered for regular care. Monthly memberships are charged automatically to a credit card, unused services do not roll over, and cancellation requires 30 days email notice. Prepaid packages never expire. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged the full booked amount. Clients who are sick are not accepted into the studio and should reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Facials and waxing are available during pregnancy or nursing, with services and products adjusted as needed. Facial treatments and facial waxing are suggested to wait two weeks after injectables.
Payment is accepted by all major credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle and cash. eGift cards can be purchased through the website, and physical gift cards are picked up during a booked appointment. Product pickup is a 15-minute appointment at no charge.
Treatments mix established practices with newer technologies, and Mia selects each client's treatments along with a personalized home care routine.
