Visits are by appointment only, booked online or by calling or texting (561) 815-4074. Hours are Wednesday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Monday by appointment only and Sunday closed. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged a fee. Financing is offered in-house with no hidden fees, and third-party pay-over-time options through Cherry and Afterpay are available for eligible treatments, subject to approval. All sales are final and non-refundable, including gift cards, packages, memberships, deposits and products, and injectables are non-refundable once purchased or administered.

Each treatment starts with a consultation to assess skin, goals and concerns before a plan is chosen. The team works under medical direction, and the business says it avoids rushing treatments or overpromising results.
