Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment, and late arrivals may not be held past 10 minutes after the scheduled time. Appointments are recommended, booked online or by phone, and walk-ins are welcome when there is availability. The last appointment starts one hour before closing. Children are welcome with a parent or guardian supervising, and pets are not allowed inside except service dogs. Free parking is available at the Lafayette location.

The spa hosts group events for up to 30 people at the salon and can travel to outdoor private events. Event bookings cover bachelorette parties, bridal showers, kids' and private parties, and corporate team outings. Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount, have no expiration date, and are non-refundable.
