The studio's focus is lash health. Every set is planned around the strength of the client's natural lashes, and the team will decline work that would put those lashes at risk, explaining why. Inspiration photos are welcome, but the artist adapts any reference to the client's eye shape, natural lashes and daily routine, and will suggest a different style when a look would not suit the client.

Every client has a private studio to herself, with no shared beds, and the team leaves enough time that visits never feel hurried. Lash extensions are attached with adhesives rated for medical use, and the sets combine silk and cashmere fibers with pigments selected for durability and wearer comfort. According to the salon, it refers to its lash work as luxury lash artistry.

A visit typically begins with a consultation, which is included with every full set and is also offered on its own at no charge. Full sets take between 120 and 180 minutes depending on the style, and volume sets take 120 minutes or more. Fills are booked for returning clients every two to three weeks, and a quick express fill is available for sets that are still mostly full. Removal is offered separately and is performed gently to protect natural lashes.

Before a first full set, clients can book a patch test that places 10 to 20 extensions per eye to check comfort with the adhesive. If the first set is booked within 9 days of the patch test, the patch test fee is applied toward it. Aftercare guidance is given at the visit.

Lash health comes first, and each set is matched to the strength of the client's natural lashes. The studio gives candid advice and will recommend a different style when a look does not suit the client's eye shape or lifestyle.
