Pampered by Naya runs on an appointment-only basis, so clients book a time with Naya in advance rather than arriving unannounced. Booking is confirmed by email, and if a confirmation doesn't arrive, clients are asked to get in touch. About 12 hours before the visit, a reminder email and text go out, and that message serves as the final confirmation.

The studio lists waxing, Brazilian waxing, facials, massages, and a group of packages and deals. For waxing, clients need roughly three to four weeks of hair growth; anyone without enough growth will be turned away. Clients are advised to exfoliate the area two days before the appointment, but not on the day itself.

For Brazilian area services, a restroom with wipes and feminine care supplies is available on site, and clients are asked to freshen up before or upon arrival.

Timeliness matters here. A client who arrives 15 minutes late will need to reschedule, so clients who expect to be delayed are asked to let the studio know in advance. A missed appointment without any notice means full payment is required before any future services can be booked. Final payment can be made in cash, by Zelle, through Cash App, or with Apple Pay.
