Hygiene is a stated priority. The salon uses sterilization approved by the Maryland State Board and disinfects equipment after every use. Manicure, pedicure and waxing kits are single-use, and each manicure and pedicure station has commercial ventilation built in. Clients with sensitive skin are asked to mention it to the technician before waxing so that suitable products can be used.

Appointments can be booked through the salon's Setmore page or by calling 443-449-6226, and that number is also used for any changes. Open Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, except Tuesday, which runs from 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays. Clients who are planning a nail design are asked to send a photo of the design before the appointment, and appointments may be cancelled if the salon has not heard about a change before the service time. Beverages are available during a visit.

The manicure and pedicure menus are arranged in tiers. Beyond the classic services, there is a Healthy Dipping Manicure, which uses a dipping product with vitamins and no monomer odor, and a Russian Manicure, a dry process aimed at deep cleaning of the cuticle. The pedicure line climbs from a classic service through the PamperMe More, Gel and PamperMe Signature options to the PamperMe Infinite and VIP Pedicure, the latter including a callus treatment, paraffin dip and hot stone massage. Gel polish manicures and pedicures carry a 5-day warranty for chipping and lifting, and dipping services carry a 10-day warranty.
