The Heights salon is on the second floor above Local Foods in the Heights Mercantile Shopping Center, reached by elevator, with dedicated parking marked for Paloma clients. The Dallas salon is at Snider Plaza on Rosedale and Hillcrest, next to Festive Kitchen. Clients can book, confirm, or change appointments online or from a phone. Inside, the salons offer coffee and other drinks, touchpad checkout, phone charging stations, and advanced ventilation systems.

Facials are offered at the two Houston locations only. Named facials include The Beauty Within, The Divine Intervention, which combines microdermabrasion, microcurrent, and LED light therapy, and Picture Perfect, which uses micro-channeling, radio frequency, and a customized mask. The Acne Fighting Facial adds extractions and a calming blue LED treatment, and the No Downtime Peel uses pineapple enzymes and red algae extract. Each facial includes a complimentary skin consult of about 15 minutes. Microcurrent is also sold as a standalone 45-minute treatment, and the business recommends at least three sessions for longer-term results.

Massages can be customized to client needs in 30, 50, 65, and 80 minute lengths, and each begins with an organic aromatherapy treatment.
