Obstetrics care covers high and low risk pregnancies, vaginal and C-section deliveries, and postpartum care. Ultrasound is done in the office in 2D and 3D/4D, and the practice offers sex determination for gender reveals. Some procedures, including hysterectomy and tubal ligation, are done as outpatient procedures at affiliated hospitals: Metropolitan Methodist Hospital and Mission Trails Baptist Hospital. Children's Hospital of San Antonio is affiliated for delivery and postpartum care only.

Aesthetics and Wellness is a newer addition to the practice.
