Stay & Save lets a member freeze a membership while keeping current pricing. During the freeze, a low monthly fee builds up as Tan Dollars on the in-store account. Tan Dollars are non-refundable, are not applied to monthly drafts, and expire one year after cancellation or reactivation. Reactivating carries no start-up or enrollment fee, and the monthly rate stays the same, with a pro-rated reactivation charge. Cancelling ends Premier Rewards status, and those benefits restart from zero when a membership is reactivated.

A spray tan takes about five minutes to apply, using a fine mist of DHA, a plant-derived ingredient. The color develops over the following four to six hours. Clients can customize the tan with one of five bronzer tones, one of eight fragrances, and specialty add-on products. Salons have Beauty Consultants who advise on spray tanning, and Tanning Experts who help plan sunbed routines.

Premier Rewards members can receive perks such as free spray tans, lotion discounts and cash credits, and the MyPBT app shows membership status and rewards. Retail includes the salon's own Premier Collection, along with other skin care and tanning lines, Australian Gold lotions, and Wellness Within dietary supplements.
