On the lash side, clients can choose classic, hybrid or volume full sets and fills, plus an eye lash lift, lash tint, lash bath and lash removal. Classic full sets run 90 minutes and hybrid full sets run 90 minutes as well, while volume full sets are the longest option at 120 minutes. Nail services include manicures, gel, acrylic, GelX, Apres GelX, Pink and White, sculptured hard gel, polydip and collagen options, along with nail art and add-ons such as glitter and gel upgrades.

For skin care, the Palette Signature Facial is a one-hour treatment priced at $75 and adapted to each client's skin type. It is offered for women, men and teens and is performed by certified estheticians using Dermalogica products, with a maintenance routine recommended between visits. Collagen eye, hand and mask treatments are also available as shorter add-ons. Permanent jewelry, offered as bracelets, anklets and charms, takes about 15 minutes per piece.

Bookings are made online or by calling ahead, and walk-ins may not always be possible. Services not listed in the online system can be requested in the booking notes. A credit card is needed to hold an appointment, and changes made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50 percent of the reserved services. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may not be accommodated, and the same fee applies. The salon is open Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 3 PM.

Facial care is tailored to each client's skin type, and the salon suggests a maintenance program between appointments.
