A visit begins with a drink while the technician sets up. Pedicures are done in spa chairs using basin soaks rather than pipe-less jet chairs. Metal tools are sterilized in a hospital-grade autoclave, and files, buffers and slippers are discarded after each use.

Clients can book online, by phone or by text at (480) 410-6988, and can request a specific technician. Walk-ins are taken when a chair is open at the Mesa location. Saturday Gel-X and full set appointments fill first, so booking two or three days ahead is recommended. Parking is available at the door.

Listed prices are starting prices. Length, nail art and repairs are quoted at the table before work begins, and the price is set before work starts rather than added at checkout. A client can ask the technician to adjust a shape while it can still be changed. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
