A visit is relaxed by design: the salon describes its atmosphere as warm and welcoming, with snacks and refreshments available. Booking can be done by phone or through the online contact form. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and online bookings that are missed are charged a no-show fee. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 9 am to 8 pm, Saturday 9 am to 5 pm, Sunday 11 am to 4 pm, and closed Monday.
