The color menu runs from quick returning-client refreshes and root touch-ups to all-over roots with gloss, reverse balayage for clients who have pre-lightened hair and want darker tones with dimension, foil-based dimensional color, and multi-layered fantasy shades in reds, coppers and plums. A low-maintenance dimensional option is also offered, with the cut booked separately. For cutting, there is a classic cut with three style options and a custom dry cut for curly hair that is finished with a wet set and diffusing. Wash and blowout appointments include a scalp or hair treatment when needed.

Booking starts with a 25-minute in-person consultation for $26 that covers the client's concerns. The consultation carries a $25 deposit that goes toward the stylist's time rather than a later service. Clients who prefer not to come in can arrange a free FaceTime consultation by texting the stylist. Deposits are non-refundable but can move to a new date if an appointment is rescheduled, and appointments can be rescheduled up to two times. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment carries a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.

Services are planned around the look a client wants and how much upkeep they are comfortable with, with consultations available in person or by video call.
