Color is the core of the menu. Options run from tip-outs and wet balayage, which start at $50, to root and end color packages from $140, roots-to-ends color from $145, and full balayage and highlights packages from $350. A GLOW UP face frame with 15 foils starts at $275 and includes Olaplex, toner and a root melt, with grey coverage added for $85. Going Darker and Transformative Blonding packages are also listed, with blonding priced from $350 to $500. Add-ons include painted dimensional lowlights, clear gloss, Olaplex, and a root melt for balayage.

Haircuts are a one-hour session with wet and dry cutting, shampoo, a head massage and blow dry, at $95. A specialized cut for thick hair is $140. Short cuts above the ears are not included in the standard haircut. Between larger appointments, a dusting trims the ends for $40, and a haircut can be added to another package for $95. Gloss with blow dry is $125 and includes a bonder.

New color clients can book a free in-salon consultation, which is required before tip-outs or wet balayage, keratin smoothing, corrective color or the no-bleach method. Online bookings are requests that Jenny approves, and clients can also text or email to schedule. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and changes made within 24 hours may be charged the full service fee. No-shows are charged the full fee before rebooking, and clients running late should text ahead. Listed hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:30am to 2:30pm and Thursday from 8:30am to 1:30pm.

Online haircare purchases earn loyalty card credit, and the complimentary 11th product must be redeemed in person. Styling tools used in the salon, such as curling irons, flat irons and Velcro rollers, are linked for purchase online.

Jenny aims for hair that feels polished and confident, with a look that is easy to recreate at home between visits.
