Services are organized into manicures, pedicures, extensions, dip and add-ons. Manicures and pedicures come in tiers. The Essential level covers the core steps, and the PB Exclusive level adds a scrub, a warm lotion massage and warm paraffin. Gel polish can be added at both levels. Children under 12 have their own shorter visits, a Minicure and a Prettycure, each with gentle grooming and polish.
Extensions and dip are offered for those who want longer-lasting color. Dip powder is odorless and vitamin-enriched, and it cures without a UV light. Gel overlays on tip extensions take about an hour and a half, and the salon suggests returning every two to three weeks to keep the look fresh. Gel Fill includes cuticle work and a no-chip gel finish.
Clients are asked to arrive three to five minutes early so they can wash their hands and choose a color. Anyone with a medical condition or allergy should mention it to their technician before the service begins. Booking is done online, and clients who cannot book online can text the location.
Pedicures are waterless and begin with a warm callus mask, and the salon uses 100% LED curing lamps instead of UV lights.
