The business is built around one practitioner. Marietta performs every treatment personally at both locations and answers every call, so clients are not handed off to assistants or rotating staff. Clients can call or text to book, request a quote, or ask questions before committing to anything.
Treatments use the Soprano laser, which the business describes as an in-motion system that warms the skin gradually. Treatments are done without numbing cream. Session length depends on the area: small areas take about 15 minutes, larger areas about an hour, and a full body session runs 3 to 5 hours. Full body treatments and services not on the price list are quoted individually.
Complimentary consultations are offered but never required. Face treatments are usually spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart and body treatments about 10 to 15 weeks apart. Most clients need occasional touch-ups every 2 to 7 years after finishing a course of treatment.
Before an appointment, clients should avoid waxing or tweezing for 4 weeks and shave the area on the day of the session. Deep or aggressive tanning should be avoided for 2 weeks beforehand, while sun exposure afterward is fine.
Laser hair removal delivered by one practitioner who performs each session personally, with complimentary consultations offered before booking.
