Hair extensions are a major part of the menu. Single weft installs suit fine hair, using one to two bundles with hidden beads and a seamless install that uses no braid or thread. Double weft installs suit medium to thick hair, using two to four bundles with beads under the weft and thread over it. Tape-in extensions work with any hair type, use no beads, and allow customized placement; the salon notes they can last up to six weeks. The salon also mentions microlink extensions, which it says can last up to three months with proper care. I-tip extensions are placed strand by strand with microbeads or metal cylinders, without heat or glue, over roughly three hours. The I-tip package includes 150 grams of hair in lengths from 12 to 18 inches, with longer lengths and color priced separately. Extension removal and a style takes about an hour and a half and includes removal, detangling, shampoo, conditioning and a blowout.
Color and chemical services follow a consultation. Custom balayage starts at 325 dollars and takes up to two hours, and the salon uses Olaplex 1, 2, 4 and 5 in the color service. New clients booking a relaxer and style need a consultation first. Silk presses and curls are for existing clients with an established hair care history, while new clients can book a silk out that uses a hydration treatment with no relaxer or chemicals. The Works silk out is also for existing clients and includes a treatment and blowout. A hydrate system with silk out rebuilds damaged disulphide bonds and takes about 80 minutes, with a trim billed separately; the booking profile lists no price for it.
Sew-in packages cover quick weaves, textured sew-ins and full sew-ins with three bundles, with the full package including a cut and basic styling. The Curly Girl appointment is built for natural curls and includes a curl consultation, custom shampoo, deep conditioning and curl styling. For bridal clients, a 50-minute consultation covers style discussion, hair assessment and trial styling. A virtual hair appointment is also available for an hour. Kids styles are offered for ages 5 to 8, though braids are not included.
