Clients can relax by the fireplace during appointments. Specialty beverages and snacks are offered, along with Wi-Fi, styling robes and a private changing area for before and after a service. New clients can book a free consultation of about 30 minutes to talk through their hair goals, upkeep and budget before deciding on a service.

Haircolor is booked by numbered session rather than by technique. Longer or thicker hair moves up to a higher session, and the studio will help clients choose by message, email or phone. Suggested gaps between visits range from about three to twelve weeks, depending on the service, from gloss and toner through balayage. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair styled as usual and to skip vigorous shampooing before a color appointment.

Solution-driven extensions are customized for hair loss, thinning, and fragile or damaged hair. An in-person consultation is required before the first installation, and a non-refundable deposit secures the booking, with the amount discussed at consultation. Installation uses no heat, tape or glue, according to the studio. Move-ups are needed every six to twelve weeks, averaging about eight weeks. The extension hair is single-donor Slavic and Asian hair, ethically sourced in a range of shades, textures and lengths. With proper care, the studio says the hair should last six to twelve months.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 72 hours notice carry a rebooking fee of half the missed appointment, added to the next service. A no-show is charged the value of the missed service, and clients more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule with a fee of half the scheduled service. Children must be old enough to sit unattended, infants and young children cannot be held during services, and clients are asked to come alone, with one other adult allowed. Anyone with illness symptoms is asked to reschedule. Products bought at the studio can be returned for a full refund within seven days.
