OZMA is a salon in the heart of Fremont, Seattle, which the salon describes as a speakeasy-style space. JoAnn founded it, and the stylists who work there are independent professionals who share a commitment to consultation-led care and good hair for clients of every gender and identity.

Haircolor is the salon's priority. Virgin bleach application and color correction are offered at $100 per hour plus a $150 product fee. A consultation is required before either service, since whether someone is a good candidate for bleaching depends on natural color, hair porosity and past chemical processing. A first session for platinum blonde can take approximately 5 to 10 hours, depending on hair length and texture. Adjustments to a service are offered within two weeks of the original appointment.

The salon carries AG Care and Cult+King products, and says its products are sustainably manufactured. Across the team, services include men's barbering and grooming, custom haircolor, dimensional vivids, soft grey blending, custom and layered cuts, and extensions.
