Oyster Salon Suites

Oyster Salon Suites offers private workspace for licensed beauty professionals who want to see their own clients in a setting of their own. Each professional has a separate suite with floor-to-ceiling walls and a door rather than sharing an open room.

Professionals supply and maintain their own suite equipment and supplies, and they can decorate their suites as they like. Single-sized suites, double-sized suites, unfurnished suites and vanity chair rentals are all available, and daily rentals are offered for every suite.

Shared amenities include 24-hour access with keyless entry, free parking, free WiFi, a laundry room and a break room. Suites that are furnished come with a set of salon equipment, including styling stations with storage, styling chairs, round mirrors, a shampoo bowl with a shampoo chair and cabinet, and wall-mounted dryers or dryer and chair combinations, depending on the suite size.

To lease, prospective tenants first book a tour through the website's scheduling form, which asks for the space they want and their license type. After the tour, there is a free application, followed by lease negotiation. A security deposit equal to two weeks of suite rent is due at signing.

Professionals must hold an active state board license where one applies, along with a local business license or a pending application for one.
