Oxy Salon Suites Downtown Miami

Oxy Salon Suites is a company that rents private salon and spa suites to independent beauty and wellness professionals. The business was incorporated in Florida in March 2021 and is based in Miami. A second entity was set up in North Miami Beach in August 2024, and a third was incorporated in Fort Lauderdale in May 2025, with opening expected in 2026. The Fort Lauderdale site is described as the company's third location and the Hollywood site as its fourth.

The company's stated aim is to help beauty professionals build their own businesses, with each suite shaped by the tenant's own ideas. Suites can be ready to use within a day and come furnished or unfurnished. They are offered in several sizes, with or without windows, and each has hot and cold water and adjustable lighting. Ongoing help from the company's Oxy Techs is available to adapt a suite to a tenant's specialty.

Monthly rent is stated to include water, electricity, internet, daily cleaning, laundry, security and break room access, with no extra charges. Tenants set their own schedules, prices and services and pay no commissions. Essential furniture, guidance on the intercom system and help with tenant requests are provided from the start of a tenancy.

Visitors enter with 24-hour building access. Common areas are cleaned daily and covered by security cameras around the clock. A digital directory lists professional names and suite numbers, and the intercom uses facial recognition, according to the About page. Shared break room space, a vending machine and complimentary on-site laundry are also available.

Gives each tenant a suite to shape around their own work, with the tenant setting schedules, prices and services and no commissions taken.

The company describes its environment as fresh and modern.
