It covers vivid and fashion color, color block or halo, highlights with vivid, ghost roots, split dye, vivid refresh, full color, all about reds, and gloss. Highlights come in full, partial and mini sizes, with a platinum card retouch for existing platinum clients. Gray coverage options range from a basic gray coverage package to foil-based versions. Cuts include kids' cuts, a haircut and style, a leave-wet haircut and bang trims, and there are blowout and updo styling options.
New clients who are unsure what they need can book a free consultation, which takes at least 15 minutes. Clients planning a major transformation are advised to book a consultation with their stylist at least a week before their first service. Online booking is available, and appointments can also be made by calling or texting 610-742-4623.
Prices are listed as starting points, and several services have additional requirements. The vivid refresh package is for existing vivid clients and requires a $30 deposit for new clients. The platinum card retouch is for existing platinum clients only. Haircut and style includes a wash and blow dry with optional heat styling, and the full color package includes a haircut and styling.
Payment can be made in cash or by credit or debit card, and a 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments. Tips are not expected, but they are accepted in cash or through Venmo. Cancellations or changes can be arranged by calling 610-742-4623 or emailing outermindsalon@gmail.com. A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and a missed appointment is charged the full amount.
The salon is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 3:30 PM, Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays.
Major changes start with a consultation, so the stylist and client can plan the work before the appointment day.
