The studio was created by its owner, whose name is not given on the site. Facials are described as results-driven while still focused on relaxation and healing. Hours are by appointment only, and facials can be booked online.

Five facial options are available. The Deep Clean Facial, a 60-minute basic cleanse, suits people who are just starting a skincare routine. The Sensi Skin Facial, also 60 minutes, is designed for sensitive skin. The Goodbye Acne Facial runs 60 minutes and combines an acne peel or microdermabrasion with LED; derma planing can be added, and extractions are done where needed. It also includes an in-depth review of the client's skincare at home. The Ultimate Lift Facial is the longest at 90 minutes and relies most heavily on treatment, targeting lifting and anti-aging concerns with either a peel or microdermabrasion, plus microcurrent and LED.

Clients pick the facial that suits their needs, and the rest of the treatment is customized. Packages and gift cards are available. Visitors use the call box at the building or call ahead to be buzzed in. Two hours of parking are free in the 611 Brand parking structure at Orange and Doran streets, and the parking ticket needs to be validated at the reception area.

An online shop sells skincare products in categories for anti-aging, acneic skin, sensitive skin, and beginners. Services are not refundable. Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days if unopened. If a client has an allergic reaction to a product, the studio may exchange or return it within 30 days of purchase after the client sends photos of the reaction.
