Full sets run from about an hour and twenty minutes for a classic set to nearly two hours for a volume set. Refills replace missing extensions, remove grown-out ones and reapply new ones, and touch-ups fill small gaps but must be booked within a short window after the last appointment, with most of the existing extensions still in place.
Clients can book at-home appointments on Tuesdays and Saturdays by texting the studio. The business sells gift certificates in fifty, seventy-five and one hundred dollar amounts, usable toward any lash service. Clients are asked to arrive on time, since a ten-minute grace period applies and a late arrival shortens the appointment. Arriving twenty minutes or more late requires rescheduling within the same month and a charge of half the service price. Cancellations under twenty-four hours ahead are charged half the price, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full price.
Extension styles are matched to the natural lash line, from one-to-one classic sets to hybrid ratios and volume fans, with the weight of the extensions chosen for each style.
