The business is built on the idea that caring for yourself boldly is a form of self-love, and it now also runs a second location in South Jordan.

The hair color menu runs from root touch-ups and gloss toning to full and partial highlights, balayage, all-over color, men's color, fashion color and color correction. Color consultations are available, and fashion color and color correction are priced at consultation. Haircuts start at $39 for a clipper cut and $60 for short, medium or long styles, with beard, neck and fringe trims from $16.

Extension services cover six application styles: tape-in, beaded weft, hand-tied weft, sewn-in, K-tip, and Racoon. Each set is color-matched by the stylist before it is applied. Cost varies with the method chosen and how much hair is needed, so clients receive a price during a consultation. Lash services include classic, hybrid, and volume sets, along with lash fills and tinted lash lifts. Lash fills start at $50, tinted lash lifts are $95, and full classic, hybrid, and volume sets start at $123, $150, and $170 respectively.

Bridal hair and makeup can be booked at the salon or at a location chosen by the client, which covers the bride and her wedding party. Travel fees may be added for on-site appointments. Permanent makeup is available at both salons. Through a website quiz, visitors can be paired with a stylist at whichever location they select. Both locations keep the same schedule: Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, and closed Sunday. Missed appointments without notice carry a fee of 25% of the booked price for a first occurrence, 50% for a second, and 100% for a third.

According to the salon, it has been named Best of State Utah Hair Salon in several years from 2019 through 2023 and has been named to its Top 200 Salon list in multiple years, including 2020 through 2023. The salon also describes itself as a multi-year Best of State winner. Clients can buy Kerastase and Oribe products, a Style Edit line, gift cards and an Ottalaus Elite Membership.

Color, extensions and lash sets are each tailored to the individual: color is adjusted to skin tone and style, extensions are color-matched to blend with natural hair, and lash sets are customized to natural eye shape.

The salon describes its services as spa-inspired, with a welcome beverage at reception and massaging shampoo chairs.
