Each installation is tailored to the client's lifestyle, facial features and eye shape. New clients, and returning clients who have not been seen in the past four months, are asked to book a consultation first, which costs $45 and runs 20 minutes. If the client is eligible for an install, the consultation fee is applied to the final payment.
The menu moves from a natural, one-extension-per-lash classic set through custom classic, wet volume, wispy volume, volume and mega volume sets, with the volume set described by the business as its most popular. Fills are priced by style, starting at $70 for classic and rising to $105 for mega volume. Lash removal uses a lash cream and a lash bath, and must be completed 48 hours before a client's first lash installation.
The studio sells two aftercare kits: a $25 kit with a lash bath cleanser and cleansing brush, and a $45 kit that adds a rinse bottle, spoolie with case and lash fan. Booking requires a $45 nonrefundable deposit that is applied to the service total. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and the deposit can be moved once to a new appointment within 30 days when notice is given. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 1:30 PM and Saturday 7 AM to 6 PM, closed Sunday.
