Osee Salon Suites

Osee Salon Suites was founded in 2024 by Hazel Holomon. The business rents private salon suites to beauty professionals who run their own businesses, and it describes its suites as luxurious.

Tenants choose between single suites for one professional and double suites that can hold several. They set their own service and product prices, keep all profit from retail product sales, pick their own product lines, and can reach their suite around the clock through keyless entry to manage their own appointments.

Each suite has a lockable glass door and utilities, Wi-Fi, high-end fixtures and cabinets, and maintenance support. Furnished suites add a styling station with a mirror, a styling chair and a hooded dryer. Shared areas include an equipped break room, a communal shampoo and dryer area, laundry facilities and a waiting area, and the building has a call box, parking and 24/7 security cameras.

Beyond the suite, an on-site classroom and content room accommodates up to six people for one-on-one or group classes and live recording. Learning sessions, offered in person or virtually, cover client retention, pricing, content creation, marketing and financial management. Tenants also receive content creation and social media support, seminars and community events.

Leases run six or twelve months, and rent is due weekly on Fridays by 5pm through auto-draft; cash, money orders and personal checks are not accepted. Tenants owe rent for the full term even if they leave early. Applicants need a valid Georgia cosmetology or barbering license, a Salon License from the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology, a Cobb County business license and a federal Tax Identification Number, and the business recommends carrying business liability insurance.

Its mission is to help beauty professionals grow their careers and run their own salon businesses, guided by core values of empowerment, creativity, community and independence.

Each suite is private and can be personalized with the tenant's own art, music and furniture.
