Before most lash or skin services, clients can book a free 15-minute consultation in person or by Zoom. Virtual consultations are booked online, and the meeting link arrives by email after booking. Full sets need a $25 deposit, and new clients booking a foreign fill also pay a $25 deposit, with a higher price if lashes are harder to work with. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be spread out with Buy Now, Pay Later, which needs approval before the appointment.
Lash fills are booked by time, and a 90-minute fill is usually recommended for full coverage. Fills are typically needed every two to three weeks. Lash lifts and tints can be repeated every six to eight weeks, with a tint and conditioning treatment in between. Lash lift clients keep their eyes closed for the whole service, and for the first 24 hours they keep eyes dry and avoid sleeping on their face and extreme heat. Brow lamination clients keep brows dry for 24 hours. Lash extension clients wash lashes daily with an approved lash bath and avoid heat, oil, picking, pulling and lash curlers.
The skin menu includes Oro's Custom Facial, which is built around each client's skin, an anti-acne treatment that uses blue, red and infrared light, a teen facial with gentle extractions and steam, and an express facial. Bundled options combine services at a listed saving: a three-facial reset series, a brow lamination with lash lift and tint, and a two-facial retreat. The salon also sells Sanitas products and Intelligent Elixirs, which are available only in the shop and ordered by call or text. According to the salon, it holds 5-star ratings on Google and has served over 300 clients.
