Install options include closure caps and sew-ins, each in a glueless closure version and a traditional version with a leave-out. The closure styles are glueless and have no baby hair. Traditional installs with a leave-out use protective paper during the appointment to keep glue off natural hair. Closure sew-ins are reserved for existing clients, so new clients are booked into the other install options.
For a custom unit, the hair is not included in the $300 price and must be supplied by the client. It needs to be dropped off at least one week before the appointment, and after booking, clients arrange the drop-off by text with the stylist.
Touch-up appointments cover upkeep for sew-ins and for wigs or units. Sew-in maintenance is limited to installs Dana did and is not done on installs older than seven weeks; bookings made after that point are cancelled. Wig and unit maintenance is limited to units Dana made. Hair brought in should be free of braids unless braid removal is added to the service, and each maintenance appointment allows one additional wig.
