Associate stylists are state licensed and work through the salon's advanced training program. To find a match, guests can complete a questionnaire about hair type, style goals, personality preferences, and service needs, and the salon pairs them with a stylist from among its top Origins stylists, based on hair goals, hair type, schedule, and maintenance preferences. A visit begins with a personalized consultation before services. A complimentary consultation is available to look at hair, talk through inspiration, and estimate time, cost, and upkeep. Because of the chemicals used, guests are advised to leave nice clothing and valuable jewelry at home, and capes and robes are provided for changing before services.
