The two salons have different emphases. The downtown Main Street location, a few steps from the Metra station, focuses on custom nail design and organic spa treatments. The Roosevelt Road location, which offers private parking, specializes in gel manicures, acrylics, and spa pedicures, and the salon describes its sanitation there as hospital-grade. Main Street is open Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Roosevelt Road is open Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM and Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Both are closed Sunday.

The menu is broad. Gel-X and Builder Gel are the core enhancement services, with hand-painted custom nail art available on top of most of them; art customization adds roughly 15 to 30 minutes to a visit. Pedicures run from a 25 to 30 minute express option through a classic pedicure with callus removal, a signature exfoliation spa pedicure, a paraffin wax pedicure, and longer hot stone and collagen sock versions.

Appointments are recommended, and walk-ins are welcome depending on technician availability. The salon offers a service guarantee: a client who is not fully happy must say so within three days and the service is redone at no charge. Free touch-ups for chips are offered within 10 days, though regular nail polish is excluded. Prices may change without notice, except for confirmed bookings. All sales are final, and gift certificates are non-refundable.

The salon has a rewards program, with points earned on each dollar paid, redeemable for $10, $20, or $35 off. A referral program gives a new client $10 off a first service and gives the referrer $10 off a later visit or 300 bonus points. Tips can be paid in cash, Venmo, or Zelle. The salon does not treat ingrown nails and recommends a licensed podiatrist for those concerns.
