Bodywork is the core of the menu. Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes in most styles, and pressure can be adjusted from firm to lighter to suit each guest. Options include Swedish, deep tissue, sport, Thai bodywork, lomi lomi, lymphatic massage, acupressure point treatments, reflexology, aromatherapy, a back, neck and shoulder focus, and cupping, which is offered as a full body or upper body session. Couples can book a room with two staff members at the same time, with candlelight available on request, and four-hand bodywork has two therapists working together. A two-hour custom session is available for guests who want more time.

Facial services include a custom facial, a back facial, and a deep pore cleansing facial that runs 45 to 50 minutes. Facials for men and women follow the same general sequence of steaming, double cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, extraction, a clay or hydrating mask, and a high-frequency treatment. Add-on masks in 24k gold, enzyme and jelly, plus LED therapy, can be added for $20 each. Packages combine a bodywork session with a facial or a full body exfoliation with aloe and a shower, and the higher tiers add a deep pore cleansing facial.

Booking can be made online. Guests must be 18 or older, and anyone under 18 needs to be arranged with the spa in advance and accompanied by a guardian on the premises. The spa asks guests to arrive 15 minutes early, and late arrivals may receive a shorter session so other appointments stay on time. Missed appointments are charged the full service price, and changes need at least four hours' notice. Guests should disclose medical conditions, special needs or any stage of pregnancy when booking. Valuables are best left at home, and guests may undress fully or keep their own clothing on, with disposable underwear provided for body scrubs. Cash is accepted without a fee, cards carry a credit card fee, and tips are accepted in cash only with an ATM on site.
