Organicare Spa describes itself as offering a 100% pure organic nail and foot spa experience. Its waterless method is presented as a way to lower the risk of fungal infections and skin problems, and the spa says it keeps to the highest standards of infection control. Tools are sealed and sterilized in an autoclave, and services are tailored to each client's nail and overall health needs.

The spa is open Wednesday through Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 4:00pm, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday. Nail technicians work by appointment only. The minimum service fee is $80 for a 45-minute session per visit, and prices can change, so clients should confirm them when booking. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours ahead. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, or at least 4 hours' notice for appointments booked within the last 24 hours, otherwise a charge applies. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full reserved amount, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are asked to reschedule. Children, animals, small groups and spa parties are not accommodated. Food and drink other than water are not allowed in the spa area, and phone calls and video playback are also not allowed there. Clients are asked not to shave or wax their legs for 24 hours before a pedicure.

Pedicures are not intended to treat or cure disease or infection, and clients with nail problems are advised to see a physician. Clients with highly contagious skin or nail disorders cannot be served, and those with heavy coughing, sneezing, a running nose, high fever or open bleeding wounds are asked to reschedule. Sale items and packages are non-refundable, and gift cards must be presented at the time of service and cannot be used for products or tips.
