Hygiene is a stated focus. The salon says its staff are trained to follow a sanitization protocol, and that implements, equipment and electrical instruments are cleaned and go through a sanitizing and disinfecting process before reuse. Buffers and files are used once and then thrown away, and every pedicure is done with liner protection. The salon says it uses only brands it considers trusted in the beauty industry.

Pedicures and manicures come in several named versions, including Basic, Deluxe, Paraffin, Euro, Nuskin and Organic Herb options.
