Permanent makeup is done in stages, with a touch-up after the first session, and the final result is judged after that touch-up. Touch-ups, color boosts and recoloring work started by another artist are priced separately from the original procedure. The studio also offers non-laser removal of botched brow and lip work, along with correction sessions. For lip tattoos, removal is typically 2 to 6 sessions, depending on skin type, size, location and pigment depth. The studio describes its non-laser removal as a gentler option than laser removal.

Facial treatments are planned around each client. Before a facial, clients send a photo of their face without makeup, and they complete forms and a waiver that includes medical history. Facials use ATZEN skincare, which the brand describes as superior to organic. Packages of three or five facials are offered at set discounts, and gift certificates are available for facials, permanent cosmetics and glamour brow and lash services.

A $35 deposit books a permanent makeup appointment, with the balance due at the visit. Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, and clients must be 18 or older for permanent makeup. Accepted payment is major credit card (with a 4% transaction fee), Zelle or cash. Personal checks are not accepted.

Treatment is planned for each client, starting with a bare-faced photo for facials and a review of home care products after treatment.
