The Signature Pedicure is done in an X-Large pedicure chair, with a plastic liner in each tub and a fresh file, buffer and pumice packet for every client. It covers trimming, cuticle work, callus removal, a leg massage and polish. The Luxe Pedicure builds on those steps with a sugar scrub, a mint mask, a hot towel wrap and a leg and foot massage.

For extensions, Gel X uses thin gel tips attached with gel glue, a lighter option that the salon says lasts two to three weeks. Builder Gel Overlay strengthens natural nails with hard gel and is finished with gel polish, and the salon notes it has no smell; according to the salon, clients are very enthusiastic about it. Acrylic services use a gel-formula acrylic powder with EMA liquid monomer, and dip nails use colored powder over a resin-like base. Gel and dip services include soak-off at no extra charge, while soak-off for acrylics and builder gel is discounted when booked with a new set and must be booked separately.

Nail repairs follow a set window: they need to be called in within three days of the service, and the fix appointment must be booked within one week. Later requests are charged as a regular fix starting at $5 per nail. Regular polish is excluded from this policy because it can chip within two to three days. Fill services carry an extra charge when nails need to be replaced, reshaped, or are medium to long in length. Cancellations carry a 35% fee, and clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the salon know as early as possible so it can be rescheduled.
