ORA Skin Studio was founded by Arpi, a licensed esthetician who also works as the studio's esthetician. The studio describes itself as corrective skincare with a personalized approach aimed at healthier skin and long-term results. Its menu runs from a first customized facial for new clients through acne programs, peels and microchanneling, and specialty facials.

At the start of a visit, the studio assesses the skin and then chooses products and techniques for that day's skin. Treatments are adjusted to what the skin can tolerate, with a calming and hydrating focus when the skin barrier is compromised. The first customized facial for new clients runs 1 hour 30 minutes at $155 and may draw on exfoliation, extractions where appropriate, LED light therapy, oxygen infusion, masks, enzymes and light corrective peels. Makeup is fine to wear to the appointment.

For acne, the studio offers a $100 consultation of 30 minutes, a $125 back acne treatment of one hour, and a $155 combined consultation and treatment of 1 hour 30 minutes. Clients already in a customized acne program can book a $135 follow-up of 1 hour 15 minutes, usually scheduled about every two weeks. Acne sessions can include professional exfoliation, extractions, LED light therapy and calming masks. The studio says most acne clients spend roughly $250 to $300 on their initial customized routine, with home care products bought separately.

The signature Skin Reset Facial is a customized treatment of 1 hour 30 minutes at $175. The Ultimate Skin Reset is a two-hour facial at $245 with extended massage, including a 15-minute buccal massage, and a version using the iS Clinical Fire and Ice line runs 1 hour 30 minutes at $195. The Buccal Sculpt Facial runs 1 hour 15 minutes at $185. A Pregnancy Facial at $165 is offered to expecting mothers after the first trimester, using pregnancy-safe products and treatment modifications.

Advanced treatments include ProCell Microchanneling at $355 for 1 hour 15 minutes, a collagen induction treatment that includes ProCell Growth Factor Serum; the studio typically recommends a series of three to six sessions. A Custom Peel Treatment starts at $175 for one hour, with the price depending on the peel recommended. Clients are asked to pause retinoids, exfoliating acids and other potentially irritating actives for three to five days before an advanced treatment. Most facials are said to involve little to no downtime, and many clients come every four to six weeks for maintenance.

Booking requires a valid credit card to reserve any appointment. Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule; later cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be shortened or rescheduled, and the full fee may still apply. Services are final and non-refundable. Unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, while opened professional products cannot. Teen clients are welcome, with parental or guardian consent for minors. Clients using prescription acne medication or prescription topicals are asked to tell the studio before treatment. First-time clients are advised to book one to two weeks ahead of a major event. Gift cards are available in $25, $50, $100 and $150 amounts or a custom amount.

Each treatment is tailored to the client's skin, concerns and goals after an assessment at the appointment, with products and techniques chosen for the skin on the day and honest recommendations for skincare that suits the client.
