Massage is performed by New York State licensed massage therapists and opens with a consultation about areas of focus, tension and preferred pressure. The ORA massage combines breath with manual bodywork and emphasizes acupressure points. Restorative massage blends Swedish techniques with acupressure, with pressure and pace adjusted during the session. Lymphatic drainage uses rhythmic, gentle strokes, and prenatal and integrative therapeutic massage are also offered, the latter for chronic pain, restricted mobility and persistent tension.
A visit begins with a welcome from the concierge team, and guests can have water or an ORA tea in the lounge before their session. Treatment rooms have heated beds and luxury linens. Retail includes ORA Method LED Gua Sha tools, skincare from ORA, OMAD, Yina and LINNÉ, supplements, functional herbs, and teas and tonics.
