New patients begin with a 90-minute initial consultation priced at $575, paid when the visit is scheduled. Follow-up, coaching and lab consult visits run 45 minutes at $181, and a standalone physical exam is $138. Anti-aging consultations include an in-depth look at diet, lifestyle and skin history, followed by an examination of the skin. Lab work, supplements and therapy are priced as varies and billed on the day of service. Hormone care uses the clinic's named Hormone Optimization and Performance Evaluation process, and the RGCC lab test starts at $800.
Signature offerings include bioidentical hormone pellet therapy, a menu of named IV nutrient drips priced from $116 to $367, microneedling with platelet-rich fibrin, neural therapy and regenerative injection therapy for pain, and ozone therapy delivered by IV, topical oils, water or insufflation. Nutrition planning includes functional nutrition testing for hormones and cortisol, food sensitivities and stool, and doctor-monitored weight loss plans can be customized.
Patients who want to visit should know the policies. The clinic does not accept insurance and is not a Medicare provider, but it provides a billing summary for patients to submit to their insurer. Payment is accepted by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and CareCredit. New patients are asked to return intake forms and medical records at least 7 days before the first appointment. Canceling or rescheduling less than 48 hours ahead carries a $75 fee, missed or late-canceled appointments are charged the full fee, only one reschedule is allowed, and changes must be made by phone rather than email or text. Existing patients can use an online portal to book, view visit history and lab results, see treatment plans and message the team.
