Much of the menu is built around install services. Its hair-install packages include shampoo, a blow-dry, a trim, and a style of the client's choice, with hair supplied by the studio in the flipover, closure, and traditional packages. Wand curls and crimps are extra, and added length is priced separately. Clients who do not have hair on hand are asked to book about a week ahead, and install services that do not include hair require the client to bring their own, typically three to four bundles.
Locs are a major part of the menu. A free 15-minute in-person loc consultation is offered, and starter locs require a consultation before booking; the coil or two-strand method is used. Loc retwists without styling and loc maintenance with a style added at booking are also offered.
Wig installs are offered with either a closure or a frontal. Wigs must be dropped off at least three days before the appointment. Shampoo and a blow-dry are included in both wig installs.
The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Mondays are closed. Guests and extra people are not allowed at appointments.
