The hair menu covers single process root retouches and all-over color, foil and balayage work at several sizes, and color add-ons such as glossing and root smudging. Haircuts, blow dry and style, basic perms, and a few scalp and conditioning treatments round out the hair services, along with a Malibu treatment that removes buildup.

Lash services include classic and YY extension sets and fills, a lash lift and tint for natural lashes, and extension removal. Waxing covers the chin, lip, eyebrows, sideburns and neckline, and underarms, and eyebrow tinting is also offered. Permanent jewelry, which is welded on rather than fastened with a clasp, is available as bracelets, anklets, necklaces and rings, with clasps and charms as options.

The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 12 PM to 9 PM and Friday from 12 PM to 8 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Buy Now, Pay Later financing can be arranged in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are also sold.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the service fee. When part of a multi-service booking is cancelled, the same charge applies to that service. The studio states this policy is enforced strictly and that booking means agreeing to it.
