Booking is by appointment. Appointments should be rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead, and emergencies can be handled by texting the salon. Same-day openings can be requested by texting TEXT-IN with the service wanted, though a text-in is not guaranteed until confirmed, and availability changes daily. No-call no-shows and last-minute cancellations are charged half the booked price. Late arrivals past the grace period are marked as no-shows and need a deposit to rebook. The doors lock at 7:00 pm, and clients are asked to text on arrival. Only one guest may accompany a client, and adult guests are not allowed after 7:00 pm. No refunds are given.
