Lash extensions are the main focus. Classic sets place one extension on each natural lash, hybrid sets mix single and multiple-to-one application, and volume sets apply several extensions to each lash for the fullest look. The extensions are made of synthetic mink and are attached with a professional-grade adhesive placed about 1 mm from the skin. Full sets take about 90 minutes with a master artist and about 120 minutes with a standard artist. Fills are priced by style and by how soon they come after the last set: mini fills for up to nine days, regular fills at two to three weeks, and partial fills at three to four weeks. Volume fills can take a Mega Volume add-on for $5. Clients who pre-book three lash refills receive a free brow or lip wax at the third visit, provided no appointments are cancelled without rescheduling. Removal takes about 30 minutes with a gel remover.

The facial menu has four options. The Classic Facial is the base treatment, and the Opulent Signature Facial is a customized service described as suitable for all skin types. The Acne Facial is designed to cleanse, exfoliate and unclog pores, and the Sensitive Skin Facial uses non-irritating products. Brow and lip waxing is also offered.

Hyaluron pen enhancements are a needle-free treatment for the lips and fine lines. The salon uses a gel made of 100% hyaluronic acid, which the brand Neurmis states is certified. Staff say they were trained and certified for hyaluron pen work by Dr. Ledi of The Golden Lip Bar. Appointments take about 30 to 45 minutes including a consultation, and the number of sessions, one or sometimes two, is decided at that consultation. Results are stated to last up to a year or longer, varying by person. Touch-ups are recommended every four months, and treatment must start fresh if none are done after four months. The first syringe costs $350 and each additional syringe $200.

Booking requires a credit card on file for online appointments. Cancellations or reschedules must be made before the 48-hour mark, and late cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late also incurs a 50% charge and the appointment is rebooked. Deposits are refundable only if cancelled 48 hours or more ahead. Buy Now, Pay Later is available through the booking platform for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval. Gift cards and a shop are offered through the same platform. If a client has lash loss within 48 hours of service, a correction is available when the salon is contacted. Clients who are unhappy must contact the salon within 48 hours of their appointment, and a free correction is offered within 72 hours, with a refund to the original payment method if they are still unsatisfied.
