Booking works by request, so appointment requests may be approved or declined. A declined request is explained by email, with a text also sent. Appointments outside regular hours are available around the clock, subject to availability, for an extra fee paid by Zelle or Apple Pay. Holiday bookings carry an additional service fee.

First-time clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early for registration and a consultation. Before any visit, clients are asked to skip eye makeup, mascara and curled lashes, cleanse with a mild oil-free cleanser rather than an oil-based remover, and keep face cream and sunblock away from the eye area. Returning clients are asked to do a lash bath the morning of their appointment. Heavy makeup on arrival may add a cleaning fee, and phones are not used during application.

The online shop sells lash supplies in collections called Opulent Skin, Upper class, Luxury and Boujee on a budget, along with apparel.
