The Color Membership is $119 a month and includes a root touch-up every four weeks, a treatment, a brow wax, a blowout, and a mini hair care kit. The Extension Maintenance Package provides six mini-tightenings, a conditioning session with styling, and 10% off swap pieces and replacement hair purchased during move-up appointments.

Booking policies: cancelling or rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice has no fee, while changes within 48 hours carry a $45 fee. Cancelling within 12 hours or not showing up requires a $45 deposit before another service can be booked, and appointment retainers are non-refundable. Hair services include a complimentary redo or adjustment if concerns are raised within 7 days, though this does not cover style or color changes requested after the appointment or work altered by another stylist. Children are only allowed in the salon when they are scheduled for a service. Extension hair cannot be returned, only exchanged if unopened and unused in its original packaging, with a 25% restocking fee and credit issued to the client's stylist profile. Clients are responsible for their belongings.
